top3 by design offers a membership program which allows you to earn top3 shopping credits every time you shop with us.
Each time you reach a $950 spend with top3 by design, a $50 credit is issued for your use. (your one account covers shopping instore, online or over the phone)* subject to terms and conditions
top3 membership is free and provides the following benefits:
- earn top3 shopping credits every time you shop
- enjoy free gift wrapping ($3 non members from Feb 2009)
- a single $12 flat rate delivery anywhere in Australia*
($16 for non members from Feb 2009) *excludes bulky items
- invitations to member functions and offers
- email advice of new product arrivals
- new membership benefits will be added over time, and will automatically be available to all existing members

about your shopping credits balance
Your shopping credit amount is updated each following business day after purchases or redemptions are made against your membership ID. Your shopping credits balance will therefore not accurately show until the following business day. Please note that shopping credits are allocated at the time your order is processed, NOT when the order is placed.

To sign up simply click on the link at the top of this page, provide an email address and up to date contact details.
You can do this online or print it out and fax it to 1300 top 333 (1300 867 333) or leave it with staff at either of our stores.
Your member ID number will be emailed to you the following working day,
and your membership card will be mailed to you at the nominated address.

Shopping credits are “virtual vouchers” so no actual voucher is issued. You simply get a shopping credit against your account.
Your membership ID card tracks and monitors the shopping credits and must be presented when shopping.
Shopping credits automatically accumulate. They show on the account within 2 working days (and a minimum of 1 day) and can
be used any time thereafter. Please note that shopping credits are allocated at the time your order is processed, NOT when the order is placed.
You can track your top3 shopping credits balance online, simply by logging in at top3.com.au
Top3 shopping credits do not expire, unless the account is inactive for 12 months.
Any top3 member accounts inactive for 365 days are closed and any accumulated shopping credits become invalid.
terms and conditions (top3 membership program)
- earning points: To earn top3 shopping credits you must enrol in the top3 by design membership program
and use the member ID card (or ID number) linked to a valid top3 member’s account to make all purchases.
- top3 newsletter: By becoming a top3 member you agree to receive the top3 newsletter via email.
- disclosure: Your membership ID number and password are confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone.
- joint accounts: top3 member ID cards may be held as a joint account for immediate family members only,
points are accumulated as one account. Any disputes arising from the use of points on a joint card are the responsibility of the card holders.
- transfer of points: top3 membership ID cards or any accumulated shopping credits and/or spending is not transferable.
- lost cards: In order to track a membership history the membership name and matching ID number is required, as well as proof of identification
(such as drivers licence with current address, matching the an address held against the same membership ID) If you are unable to provide these details,
a new membership will be created and no previous points or spending can be allocated to this new account.
- currency: accumulated member shopping credits are for expenditure at top3 by design only and the currency is Australian Dollars.
- mis-use or abuse of the system: This program has been devised for the benefit of top3 by design customers. If any mis-use or attempted abuse of this membership benefits program is detected your membership will be cancelled, your purchase history will be lost and accumulated points will become invalid and no longer available.
- expiry: if the account number is not used at least once in a consecutive 12 month period, your account will be deactivated, your purchase history will be lost and accumulated points will become invalid and no longer available. This program may be suspended or expire with 12 months written notice via the top3 newsletter or via email to the specified membership address. (It is the responsibility of each individual member to ensure their contact details are up to date)
- modifications: these terms and conditions may be modified from time to time and updates are made at top3.com.au/membership.
- queries: any queries regarding the membership system must be in writing, via e-mail, directed to members@top3.com.au.
