Out Of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock you will see the next known arrival date shown before the price, and the blue button will say ORDER NOW instead of BUY NOW. If no current arrival date is known for a particular item then we do not currently have a known arrival date. In this instance we are happy to chase up information if we can, and let you know as soon as possible. You can email us on orders@top3.com.au or call us on 1300 867 333 and we can make enquiries as to the next arrival date and let you know. Known upcoming arrival times are noted as 'early' (between 1-10th), 'mid' (11-20th) or 'late' (21st-end) in the expected arrival month.

If you order and pay for an item showing an upcoming arrival date it will automatically be allocated to you upon arrival. If there are any further delays outside of the date shown we will be in touch to discuss if you are happy to wait or would prefer a refund.

If you would prefer to pay a deposit for the item since it is not immediately available then please call us on 1300 867 333 and we are happy to do so over the phone. Unfortunately our online system is not able to take part payment.

Email Alerts

If you do not need to know immediately when this item is due, you can select the 'email me when available' link. You can then enter your email address and our system will automatically let you know when AVAILABLE stock of the item lands in our warehouse.

Please Note: An email alert is not an order and does not allocate stock to you. When products arrive they are allocated to any existing orders on a first-in first-served basis. If there is stock available after the orders are allocated then you will receive an email notification and a direct link back to the product you enquired about. You can then decide if you would like to make the purchase at this time.

Many of our products are not readily available when sold out. On popular items, please remember that other people may have also asked for an email alert. From time to time, there may be more email alerts that are triggered that there is stock available in our delivery, although we try very hard to ensure there is enough stock available, sometimes it is just not possible to get enough! Once again, after the email alert is triggered, the stock is allocated on a first-in first-served basis.

To avoid disappointment, if you know you REALLY want the item we suggest you make the purchase in advance or call us to reserve one for you upon arrival.
