Top3 is hiring | SYDNEY | Showroom Manager

At Top3 by design, we are looking for more than a store manager – we are looking for a unique individual who is inspired to achieve greatness (and just LOVES design and interiors). Experience in the design industry, and a personal passion for design is a MUST for this role.

We want a sales team leader who can inspire our customers to embrace the world of original design every day, and inspire their team with enthusiasm and genuine passion for design and customer service.

With more than 16 years in design retail top3 by design is looking for an enthusiastic and design savvy person who loves to be busy and is keen to work with the top3 team in achieving our ambitious growth plans in the coming 5-10 years. Being a small team, the workplace culture is super important to us. We are keen to find someone with personality plus! We work hard at top3 – but love to have a fun and productive environment.

The store is located on site with the warehouse, office and online dispatch department so you will be working directly with the owner, Terri Winter and her team.

 

Preferable Experience
Genuine passion can be more valuable that years of experience, however, this is a retail role so would be beneficial to have 2+ years in a similar role.

5 days per week: Tuesday – Saturday roster
Location of job: Crows Nest
