I use the cocoon as my primary source of heating. They do produce good frontal heat as well as the radial heat provide by the cocoon itself warming up. I LOVE my cocoon fire. The only instance I would be cautious as a complete heating solution would be large open areas with a high roof and a lot of exposed glass - heat rises.. :)
I haven't purchased this yet, but am interested. Just wondering if anyone knows whether it gives off a lot of heat, or if it's just aesthetically appealing. It looks, 'drool worthy', but is it warm? Cheers
