Stelton launched this ground-breaking series as Cylinda-Line.
The simplicity of cylindrical shapes and specially designed plastic handles characterised the line which, along with its brushed steel surfaces, stood in striking contrast to the highly polished curves of its day. Cylinda-Line was awarded the ID Prize in 1967.
The salad bowl is a classic pieces from the Cylinda range. Straight outer walls with a curved inner bowl allows a hollow area inside, acting to insulate the food. Also great for warm dishes and pasta service given the insulating qualities.
