We are looking for a full-time Showroom Manager and Sales Consultant to assist customers with both walk-in purchases and assist the Head Office team with trade enquiries.

Start date: asap

You must have the ability to:

- Lead your team by example
- Understand the point of difference of our key brands and inspire customers and the design community alike
- Manage furniture enquiries and follow-ups with clients
- Be driven to reach monthly targets whilst exceeding customer expectations.
- Manage and oversee day-to day retail tasks such as stock replenishment on the floor
- Processing of sales
- Assist in maintaining a high level of visual merchandising
- Quoting and order processing with the Showroom Manager and the Head Office
- Work well with your team and independently
- Enjoy good communication, leaving nothing chance

The successful candidate wll have experience in the design/interiors industry in a similar role and a passion for design.

Top3 by design has recently secured some next-gen European Furniture brands and are looking to add to our team with someone who shares our passion for design and commercial success.

Full time - 5 days with at least one weekend day.
