Top3 by design is growing and looking for an enthusiastic, meticulous and accurate warehouse and dispatch assistant to join our busy warehouse team.
We are looking for a strong, ambitious individual who is keen to work in the busy retail and ecommerce industry and grow with our business.
With both physical stores in Sydney and Melbourne (and soon Canberra) as well as an online store you will do the wrap and pack of online parcels for dispatch to customers as well as assisting in catering to the stores stock requirements, transfers as well as customer service and varied office duties.
This is not your usual warehouse. Our Warehouse is located with our Crows Nest and HQ, you will be working directly with the Warehouse Manager and the Head Office team. This is very much an office/warehouse style role. There is substantial computer related work to be done as well as the wrap and pack. All orders are managed via a computer system which must be kept up to date at all times.
You will need to have great communication and proficient computer skills and the ability to multi-task (all while keeping a smile on your face!).
You must be friendly, vibrant and confident.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- preparation of parcels for dispatch
- gift wrapping
- labelling and bar-coding of product
- transfers between stores
- general office duties
The successful applicant will be:
- highly motivated,
- meticulous - you must have good attention to detail, accurate and methodical (please do not apply if you do not feel you are organised!)
- able to multi-task and prioritise
- fast and accurate on a computer
- able to work well in a team environment
Ideally you will have a passion for design and design related products, and be a fast-paced, can-do person.

Our stores trade 7 days a week, however this role is currently for Tuesday to Saturday. (some full weekends off can be arranged of course!)
