Nick Kosahov, from our Melbourne Showroom, took a tour of our "German Masters Collective" and went behind the scenes to explore their process and inspiration. DANA DAYBED | With the look of a seating furniture, the Dana Daybed is more than just a daybed, it is a full-fledged bed with a sleeping area of 90/200cm. The basis is an sub-suspension on which a high-quality 7-zone pocket spring mattress is located (sofa one way, flip for mattress). A design element of the Dana Daybed are the filigree upholstery elements in different widths which can be mounted in different places. This gives rise to a wide range of design possibilities. The soft and fancy cushions also provide more cosiness. Designed by Hoffman Kahleyss for Moeller Design.

A favourite at top3 by design has always been the Moeller Design Rose bed. The upholstered bed features removable covers. We generally keep the Rose bed frame in stock in Australian Queen and King Sizes. Then you can select your choice of fabric or leather and have the covers here in just 6 - 8 weeks. Here we see a new variation on the Rose bed with a curved side.

The seating comfort of a sofa and chair combined with the sleeping comfort of a mattress – that’s Slounge. Unlike other sofa and chair beds, Slounge has no mechanics at all. Instead, a core leather strap holds the back in position.
By pulling the seat slighty forward and releasing the core leather strap, the back can simply be folded backwards. This transforms Slounge into a comfortable lying surface in just a few simple steps.  |  Explore Slounge at top3 by design

Moeller Design was founded 30 years ago by Friedrich-Wilhelm Möller and is now run by Rolf Helweg and Winfried Nilling. Rolf is the brother of the founder of Freifrau (another of our favourite brands!), who has their Showroom and warehouse across the road.
