Our showrooms in Crows Nest and Melbourne are spaces where design is lived, not just sold. This role is based in our Sydney Showroom on the North Shore.

The Role
We're looking for an exceptional individual who brings genuine passion for original design to every client conversation. This is not a traditional retail role. You'll work across both our retail and trade client base... guiding homeowners, architects, and interior designers through considered, often significant purchasing decisions, and contribute to the way top3 is experienced in-showroom.
A background in interior design is highly regarded. What matters most is that you understand the difference between a piece of furniture and a piece of design, and can communicate that distinction with warmth, knowledge, and conviction.
What You'll Do
Work closely with clients, both walk-in and by appointment, to understand their spaces, aesthetic vision, and functional needs, then match them thoughtfully with product from our curated collection. Build and maintain relationships with trade clients including architects, interior designers, and property developers. Contribute to showroom presentation, styling, and the overall client experience. Stay deeply curious about the brands and makers we represent, attending briefings and engaging with new arrivals. Support the team across both Sydney and Melbourne as needed.
Who You Are
You have a genuine eye for design and a considered, unhurried approach to client relationships. You may have a background in interior design, architecture, or high-end furniture retail, or simply an exceptional design sensibility built over years of paying close attention. You communicate beautifully, listen well, and know when to let a piece speak for itself.
Interior Design plus German or Mandarin language skills are a real advantage, our client and brand community spans both.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in furniture, interiors, or design retail at a premium level. An understanding of (and genuine passion for) original, considered design. Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust. An interior design qualification or equivalent professional experience is highly regarded. German or Mandarin language skills are warmly welcomed.
