Called trying to track down the cable winding devices that I had purchased from Top3. I was surprised to find Alex was in the office to answer my questions. While Alex couldn't find what I was after, Alex suggested another similar thing: the BoSign Cable Organiser. Alex was very helpful and I ended up purchasing two of them. Very pleased with the quality of customer service.

I'd like to give 5 stars to Kristen for her help in responding to my enquiry. She got back to me so much quicker than I expected - I thought I would get an answer via email within a day or two - and it felt more like she had gotten up from her desk, grabbed a measuring tape and went on to actually measure the seat height of the Leya armchair. I am very happy with the service I have been provided! I will in fact be putting together an order tomorrow.

I found out about Top3 by design through a friend. Before lockdown I was able to physically shop at the Richmond store and was impressed by the variety and uniqueness of the goods in store. I have since bought several items online 3 times. I had trouble signing in but after talking with Anu it was easily sorted out. I love my purchases, was happy with the service and appreciated the contact from Terri regarding a delay in delivery. I love the items I bought as they are practical but distinctive to what you see in upmarket stores. Excellent customer service - I really appreciated it.
Ok! Where to begin? The team at Top3 are incredible. My delivery was moved by a friend to a spot that wasn’t easily spotted. I freaked out. Rang head office and spoke to Terri who not only consoled me but also assisted me by looking into the delivery. Later I found it. Rang them to apologise, which was greeted with pure elation from the team.

My order was slightly delayed because stock was temporarily unavailable and Australia Post was unable to pickup any orders for delivery, due to a backlog during Covid lockdown, but Berber kept me informed by email and Terri sent my order by Express Post to me in regional NSW, so I received my order much sooner than expected. I thought VERY long and hard about the purchase of these 2 Muuto lamps [Muuto Leaf Table Lamp] for our new Study and agonised over them for a very long time before I finally had the courage to purchase them. They are well above and beyond my budget, but given the brand, I knew that they would be worth it. Let me just say that I am BEYOND ecstatic with these lamps. They are quite amazing when they’re both turned on and off – they look beautiful on our desks and when they’re on, the dimmer function (and the ease of how they can be turned on and off) is beyond remarkable! And the only thing that exceeds the quality of your product, is your customer service.

Hi, I came into your Sydney store today after finding it listed as a stockist on the Muuto website. We are starting a big renovation soon and are beginning to have a look at furniture to potentially get once its complete. The man who served me was so helpful. I feel terrible because I've forgotten his name already! He was so knowledgeable about your products and was obviously very passionate about design which was wonderful because i know NOTHING about design and need all the help I can get. He really went out of his way to find information he didn't know of the top of his head too. Also, I have an autistic son who was with me today and he struggles with communication and can find being in unknown places quite stressful. In the past i have found most shop assistants flat out ignore us or can even be quite rude. It was so nice to be able to go somewhere and not only be made to feel at ease myself, but for someone to go out of their way to make him feel comfortable and really to just chat to him like he is a normal kid really means the world to me. He is a great representation of your company and it has been a really good experience to deal with someone who not only knows their stuff, but is sincere and understanding. Thank you. Dear Terri, earlier this year I was looking for a sustainably produced dining table and chairs. I went to your shop in the Canberra Centre and really liked the Skagerak table and benches - it’s fantastic to see an ethical brand like that in Australian stores, and I applaud you for that. But what really impressed me was the excellent service provided by two of your staff members - Kayla and Sam. They could not have been more helpful. They really listened to what I was looking for, did some research for me, and followed up with me in a non-pushy way. They were professional, knowledgeable and went beyond what was expected. In the end I decided to get a table made from recycled timber, but I really wanted to let you know how impressed I was by Kayla and Sam. Please pass my thanks on to them from me. I recently purchased from your emporium store and staff were LOVELY. Informed about the products and all the pricing was comparative, if not cheaper than international purchasing. I have noticed this trend with some bloggers as well and it's really annoying, as a customer it's so much nicer and easier to support local business. The Fink jug I bought for a friend had to be exchanged as they already had one. Your staff were so helpful, it was seamless and they helped direct me to another fab gift. Simply no way I would have got that level of support shopping internationally.

Hi, I received my order today and wanted to thank you on the efficient way the whole transaction was handled. Even down to the packaging where it was so well packed to avoid damage. I point this out as I recently received an order from a large vendor and four of the five items were severely damaged due to not being packed at all and had to be returned after much negotiation.

Yes we received our beautiful gifts yesterday! I was also very impressed with the re-use of your packaging boxes! We are actually keeping a few things boxed up for our new house, but I'd be more than happy to send through a few photos of pieces mixed at home. For someone who didn't necessarily want to have a gift registry, I am so glad I did it. We are both really happy that we have some amazing design pieces that we will proudly have and enjoy for a long time.The process was so easy (and a lot of fun!). The registry process with Top3 was very easy - it was easy to sign up, sign in and for guests to find. If a problem arose (there was an issue with our closing date, which shut our registry down early), I found there was always someone available to help, either via phone, email or live chat. I also found the post-wedding customer service to be wonderful. I purchased an item from the registry after the wedding, and as luck would have it so did a guest! I was contacted and alerted to this, and a store credit was arranged. The most difficult thing about making a registry was choosing what to include! I was very happy with the level of service and the products on offer, and would recommend to friends and family. At the moment all of our shiny new gifts are still in boxes as we are in between houses - we can't wait to get them all unpacked once we move! Thanks once again, I look forward to browsing new products in store as they arrive.

I recently married my best friend. We've been together for over 10 years and lived together for 7 of those years. We have already made a wonderful home together with all of our lovely things... kitchen appliances, bedding, furniture etc so when it came time to decide on what to do for our registry we decided to set up with Top3 where our guests could buy us those 'want' gifts that you've always wished of owning. We love great design and Top3 stocks a variety of lovely things that need to be added to any home. Living overseas at the time of planning our wedding I found Top3's service so friendly and reliable (this was the case the entire time we dealt with the company). Setting up the registry was easy and they even sent us registry cards free of charge for use in our invitations. From day one, Brooke was a great help keeping my guests happy wether they were buying online or going into a store. We had our gifts wrapped, which was fun for us to unwrap together and bought some surprise to the registry. Delivery was easy to organise and everything was safe in the hands of the delivery driver. I couldn't recommend Top3 enough for a registry. Thanks Brooke and the Top3 team for such easy and great service.
