Called trying to track down the cable winding devices that I had purchased from Top3. I was surprised to find Alex was in the office to answer my questions. While Alex couldn't find what I was after, Alex suggested another similar thing: the BoSign Cable Organiser. Alex was very helpful and I ended up purchasing two of them. Very pleased with the quality of customer service.

I'd like to give 5 stars to Kristen for her help in responding to my enquiry. She got back to me so much quicker than I expected - I thought I would get an answer via email within a day or two - and it felt more like she had gotten up from her desk, grabbed a measuring tape and went on to actually measure the seat height of the Leya armchair. I am very happy with the service I have been provided! I will in fact be putting together an order tomorrow.

August 2022

I found out about Top3 by design through a friend. Before lockdown I was able to physically shop at the Richmond store and was impressed by the variety and uniqueness of the goods in store. I have since bought several items online 3 times. I had trouble signing in but after talking with Anu it was easily sorted out. I love my purchases, was happy with the service and appreciated the contact from Terri regarding a delay in delivery. I love the items I bought as they are practical but distinctive to what you see in upmarket stores. Excellent customer service - I really appreciated it.

Ok! Where to begin? The team at Top3 are incredible. My delivery was moved by a friend to a spot that wasn’t easily spotted. I freaked out. Rang head office and spoke to Terri who not only consoled me but also assisted me by looking into the delivery. Later I found it. Rang them to apologise, which was greeted with pure elation from the team.
Thanks for the help.
Product was boxed like it contained eggs! So professional. And the hand written note - melted my heart! Needless to say the team at top3 are so wonderful and amazing!

Excellent company to deal with. My order was slightly delayed because stock was temporarily unavailable and Australia Post was unable to pickup any orders for delivery, due to a backlog during Covid lockdown, but Berber kept me informed by email and Terri sent my order by Express Post to me in regional NSW, so I received my order much sooner than expected. Thank you. You have beautiful items for sale and your customer service is fantastic, and very much appreciated

I was dealing with Elle at Top3 by Design Richmond. She was a breath of fresh air. Such a bright bubbly personality to deal with over this lockdown time. It was always such a pleasure to chat with her.
She was extremely helpful and I look forward to dealing with her in the future. Top3 by Design are very lucky to have her. I did ask her if she was the owner given her high level of customer service (she is not)

I just want to send a quick email about my order, which I would love if you could please forward to management. I thought VERY long and hard about the purchase of these 2 Muuto lamps [Muuto Leaf Table Lamp] for our new Study and agonised over them for a very long time before I finally had the courage to purchase them. They are well above and beyond my budget, but given the brand, I knew that they would be worth it. Let me just say that I am BEYOND ecstatic with these lamps. They are quite amazing when they’re both turned on and off – they look beautiful on our desks and when they’re on, the dimmer function (and the ease of how they can be turned on and off) is beyond remarkable! Well done Muuto and thanks Top3 for selling them at such a great price! I’m a very happy and satisfied customer!

I contacted the Emporium Melbourne store and was assisted by Sarah. I then collected the item I was seeking an hour later. And Xmas was saved! 👍 😃 Thank you to Sarah for her assistance. She also gift wrapped the item for me. So not only will I get kudos for the present a friend will receive, I’ll get extra points for the professional gift wrapping! Pass on my apologies to Sarah that I’ll be taking all the credit for that 😳 But pass on my gratitude for her excellent customer service 🙂 And thank you for your prompt response. I hope you and Sarah have great xmas and fun and safe New Year.

I have bought several items over the years from your shop, (I’m presently sitting under my artwork from Mum from Christmas) and just wanted to let you know that I think you have the most innovative, interesting, and affordable homewares and fun things in Melbourne. And the only thing that exceeds the quality of your product, is your customer service.

19/09/2019

I want to provide some feedback in relation to Sarah from your Emporium store in Melbourne. All of the staff at Emporium have been more than helpful and delightful to deal with so I should have done this sooner. I'm singling out Sarah as I have dealt with her quite a few times with special orders and general enquiries and she is so lovely, smart and efficient I just love dealing with her. Also a general thanks for your wonderful attitude to customers and returns etc.

I recently did an online purchase that did not go so well re my own judgment and the fact that I could readily return sale items is a great way to treat your customers. It is a real incentive to shop with you, coupled with the great products, so well done and thank you Terri, for having such a good attitude to customer care.
It really means a lot. Thanks.

I visited your Richmond store on 11th June to pick up an order that was set aside for me. After exchanging greetings Courtney remembered me from last year at the Emporium store where I placed a special order for Progetti clocks. Without mentioning what I had to collect she knew exactly the purpose of my visit.
I was impressed by Courtney, plus her courtesy and friendliness. I am very happy with all your staff as they provide pleasant service.

Hi, I came into your Sydney store today after finding it listed as a stockist on the Muuto website. We are starting a big renovation soon and are beginning to have a look at furniture to potentially get once its complete. The man who served me was so helpful. I feel terrible because I've forgotten his name already! He was so knowledgeable about your products and was obviously very passionate about design which was wonderful because i know NOTHING about design and need all the help I can get. He really went out of his way to find information he didn't know of the top of his head too. Also, I have an autistic son who was with me today and he struggles with communication and can find being in unknown places quite stressful. In the past i have found most shop assistants flat out ignore us or can even be quite rude. It was so nice to be able to go somewhere and not only be made to feel at ease myself, but for someone to go out of their way to make him feel comfortable and really to just chat to him like he is a normal kid really means the world to me. He is a great representation of your company and it has been a really good experience to deal with someone who not only knows their stuff, but is sincere and understanding. Thank you. I hope to be back in a few months to order a sofa and some other things - just have to convince the hubby! Bec

Dear Terri, Thank YOU so very much for providing me with a beautiful and inspirational shopping experience every time I walk in to one of your Top3 stores or ponder over your website. I love that you keep me in touch with the best designers and ideas from Australia and around the World so that I am always able to find something that I know will have a purposeful function along with great quality and appealing design each time I shop with you. I also appreciate the fact that you connect with us, your shoppers, in various ways such as with this email you have sent and also with your Sunday Inspiration emails and don’t hide behind your staff or a desk somewhere. So thank you once again and I wish you all the best for 2019!

16/11/2018

Dear Terri, earlier this year I was looking for a sustainably produced dining table and chairs. I went to your shop in the Canberra Centre and really liked the Skagerak table and benches - it’s fantastic to see an ethical brand like that in Australian stores, and I applaud you for that. But what really impressed me was the excellent service provided by two of your staff members - Kayla and Sam. They could not have been more helpful. They really listened to what I was looking for, did some research for me, and followed up with me in a non-pushy way. They were professional, knowledgeable and went beyond what was expected. In the end I decided to get a table made from recycled timber, but I really wanted to let you know how impressed I was by Kayla and Sam. Please pass my thanks on to them from me. I will definitely be shopping at Top3 again. Cheers

05/10/2018

I recently purchased from your emporium store and staff were LOVELY. Informed about the products and all the pricing was comparative, if not cheaper than international purchasing. I have noticed this trend with some bloggers as well and it's really annoying, as a customer it's so much nicer and easier to support local business. The Fink jug I bought for a friend had to be exchanged as they already had one. Your staff were so helpful, it was seamless and they helped direct me to another fab gift. Simply no way I would have got that level of support shopping internationally.

Issie

Hi Terri, I was flabbergasted to hear that you had anyone with a negative experience from Top3. I have only fabulous things to say about not only your stock but the wonderful service. I recently called with a problem (which I have since sorted out myself) and had such a warm response from the person who attended to me that it only served to have you all go up higher in my opinion. Some people are never happy and unhappy people try to make others unhappy. Swipe off any of her negativity into the wilderness. Keep up the great work. Kind regards, Margie

To the owner of top3 - I wanted to say thanks so much to the lovely staff member who helped me today in your Crows Nest store (I am sorry I did not get her name, actually all your staff are always so friendly and helpful anyway!) She spent such a long time with me deciding on a colour for my beautiful new Missoni towels and I am so happy - they are perfect. Congratulations on a great business, so nice to deal with "real" people who care. A credit to you and your team.

Hi, I received my order today and wanted to thank you on the efficient way the whole transaction was handled. Even down to the packaging where it was so well packed to avoid damage. I point this out as I recently received an order from a large vendor and four of the five items were severely damaged due to not being packed at all and had to be returned after much negotiation.

I bought a Blunt umbrella with the Karen Walker print from you last Thursday. We had some problems with the courier so your owner came down and delivered it to me personally. It was an emergency replacement present for my mum that I needed by the weekend, so I can't tell you how grateful and happy I was with the service.

I received my magazine rack in perfect condition, and I just wanted to thank you. Thank you for taking the time to choose the most beautiful grain, what a huge difference it has made. It's placed in our lounge room and I can't stop looking at just how stylish and beautiful it looks! I was so impressed with how you handled my request from start to finish, you were so polite, so helpful, and it was clear from the start you just wanted me to be happy with my purchase, and you made it your business to help me achieve this. So rare, so refreshing and so professional! Well done Alyx!

Yes we received our beautiful gifts yesterday! I was also very impressed with the re-use of your packaging boxes! We are actually keeping a few things boxed up for our new house, but I'd be more than happy to send through a few photos of pieces mixed at home. For someone who didn't necessarily want to have a gift registry, I am so glad I did it. We are both really happy that we have some amazing design pieces that we will proudly have and enjoy for a long time. The process was so easy (and a lot of fun!). Looking forward to picking out a few more treats with our vouchers too! It's not going to be easy choosing! Thanks for making this a really enjoyable experience Michelle.

The registry process with Top3 was very easy - it was easy to sign up, sign in and for guests to find. If a problem arose (there was an issue with our closing date, which shut our registry down early), I found there was always someone available to help, either via phone, email or live chat. I also found the post-wedding customer service to be wonderful. I purchased an item from the registry after the wedding, and as luck would have it so did a guest! I was contacted and alerted to this, and a store credit was arranged. The most difficult thing about making a registry was choosing what to include! I was very happy with the level of service and the products on offer, and would recommend to friends and family. At the moment all of our shiny new gifts are still in boxes as we are in between houses - we can't wait to get them all unpacked once we move! Thanks once again, I look forward to browsing new products in store as they arrive.

I need to shop for myself because my husband often gets it wrong! :) He did get it right one year and gave me a Top3 gift card, but I stupidly spent the money on some gorgeous household items. I should have bought something for me, not the house! From now on, the house can buy it's own gifts :)

I recently married my best friend. We've been together for over 10 years and lived together for 7 of those years. We have already made a wonderful home together with all of our lovely things... kitchen appliances, bedding, furniture etc so when it came time to decide on what to do for our registry we decided to set up with Top3 where our guests could buy us those 'want' gifts that you've always wished of owning. We love great design and Top3 stocks a variety of lovely things that need to be added to any home. Living overseas at the time of planning our wedding I found Top3's service so friendly and reliable (this was the case the entire time we dealt with the company). Setting up the registry was easy and they even sent us registry cards free of charge for use in our invitations. From day one, Brooke was a great help keeping my guests happy wether they were buying online or going into a store. We had our gifts wrapped, which was fun for us to unwrap together and bought some surprise to the registry. Delivery was easy to organise and everything was safe in the hands of the delivery driver. I couldn't recommend Top3 enough for a registry. Thanks Brooke and the Top3 team for such easy and great service.

Thank you for your service - very thoughtful. I just adore the products you have in store, not to mention your registry was the easiest and most convenient of any I have come across - so well done to you! The packages have arrived and all looks fabulous! Thank you so much for all of your help.

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how fabulous your service was for our wedding registry. The gift list was so easy to set up and manage, staff were delightful to deal with and efficient, and of course the fantastic range of special things. A number of our guests commented how easy this registry was to use (and I know a few people who have made subsequent purchases from the website, they liked it so much!). Thanks again for your great service.
