Top3 membership credits reward our regular shoppers. Shopping credits do not expire provided you make a purchase with top3 online or in-store at least once every six (6) months. If you do not make a purchase within a 6 month period any accumulated credits will automatically expire and not be available for use.
Please note that purchases of sale items or discounted items and any postage charges do not earn you credits.
Top3 established the Membership Initiative to reward our regular customers. If you join our Membership Program, you will earn a 5% credit, excluding sale items, discounted items and shipping, towards your future purchases with us!
You do not need to keep your membership card with you or remember a membership number. When in-store, we can look you up by name, when online, simply you use the email address you provided upon set-up and your own password.
You can reset your password as many times as you like. If you do not have an email address in our system you will not be able to log in online. Call 1300 867 333 during business hours if you have any difficulty, or use our LiveCHAT when it is available online.
