RnDlab was born in December 2011 with an ambitious goal: to become one of the leading Italian digital publisher as soon as possible.
In April 2012 CheFuturo!, an innovative project of multi-author’s blog for CheBanca (Mediobanca Group) was born. Every day it gives voice to the stories of innovative ideas and innovators, people who are not afraid to dare. So far it has built a community of over 100,000 people.
Encouraged by the positive impact of CheFuturo!, StartupItalia! commenced in June 2013, the first online magazine dedicated to the ecosystem of the Italian startups. A team of journalists daily publishes news and native content on four thematic verticals: The Food Makers, The Next Tech, iSchool and Smart Money. StartupItalia! has had over 1,200,000 unique visitors
From online to offline. December 14th was the day of StartupItalia! Open Summit 2015 the first major event that gathered all the leading players of the Italian startups ecosystem. Over 1500 startups attended the event, over 70 judges were asked to choose the best startup of the year and a full day of thematic workshops led by the main national experts.
