Painted in 2021. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity. Artwork is stretched and ready to hang.

Lynette Corby Nungarraryi (1958) is an exceptional First Nations Australian artist from the remote Mount Liebig community, also known as Watiyawanu in the Northern Territory (325km west of Alice Springs). Lynette has also spent time learning to paint in the famous artist community in Papunya. Lynette has also worked as an assistant teacher in her community at Mount Liebig.
Lynette's paintings depict "Tree Root Dreaming"and "Rock Holes"in varying styles and designs that evolve as Lynette refines her talent. Lynette's excellent sense of colour and composition gives her artworks a three-dimensional effect and the illusion of movement over the canvas.
Lynette was chosen for the 20th Telstra National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Award Survey Exhibition. The painting "Women's Law and Culture Meeting at Mt Liebig"is now in the collection of the Art Gallery of South Australia.
