  • As a top3 member you earn 5% shopping credits on all purchases excluding sale items. These shopping credits are available next time you shop online or in-store. These shopping credits are to thank our regular customers. Shopping credits do not expire as long as you shop with us once every 6 months.

  • Free standard delivery Australia-wide (excluding bulky items) when you spend $100.00 or more instore or online (see terms and conditions for more information)
  • Invitations to member functions and offers
  • Emails with design tips and updates on new product arrivals. We send 2 emails per week, one mid-week with new arrivals and product notices, and one on Sundays with style and inspiration boards.
  • We will keep a copy of all of your purchases for you. In the event you would like to exchange an item or receive a refund you will not be required to provide your receipt.
  • New membership benefits will be added over time, and will automatically be available to all existing members

Shopping credits

Top3 membership credits reward our regular shoppers, top3 shopping credits do not expire provided you make a purchase with top3 online or in-store at least once every six (6) months. If you DO not make a purchase within a 6 month period any accumulated credits will automatically expire and not be available for use.

Please note that purchases of sale items or discounted items and any postage charges do not earn you credits.

Top3 established the Membership Initiative to reward our regular customers. If you join our Membership Program, you will earn a 5% credit, excluding sale items, discounted items and shipping, towards your future purchases with us!

You do not need to keep your membership card with you or remember a membership number. When instore, we can look you up by name, when online, simply you use the email address you provided upon set-up and your own password. You can reset your password as many times as you like. If you do not have an email address in our system you will not be able to log in online. Call 1300 867 333 during business hours if you have any difficulty, or use our LIVECHAT when it is available online.



Shopping credits automatically accumulate; they show on the account the following working day and can be used any time thereafter. Please note that shopping credits are allocated at the time your order is dispatched, NOT when the order is placed.

You can check or update your top3 shopping credits balance online, simply by logging in at top3.com.au. Your login is your email address you signed up with and the password that you have allocated. If it is the first time you have logged in online, you will need to click the link "forgotten password OR first time login" link on the login page. This will send you an email to set or reset your password. top3 by design staff DO NOT have access to your password. You can also email us or phone 1300 top 333 during business hours for assistance.
