COLIN 1325 is a coffee and side table with character and skilfully plays with horizontal and vertical lines. The tabletop made of natural stone can be used alone as an eye-catcher or combined with a second level made of coloured glass. It disappears discreetly in the round frame made of coated metal and makes the table look light.

Top: Verde bamboo stone

VERDE BAMBOO STONE
PETROGRAPHY: Essentially, the lighter lines consist of a fine grain mixture of quartz and feldspar. If larger portions of the mineral epidote are included, the colour changes to yellow-green. The dark, very fine crystal lines contain in addition the dark silicates biotite and chlorite. Along this line structure also longer, fine cracks can be found, which are visible and perceptible. They originate from the time of generation of the rock, are grown together minerals and are, therefore, no problem for the static of a plate.
PETROGENESIS
A very changeable former volcanic tuff, which has been later on subjected to a metamorphosis in the earth crust under high pressures and temperatures. As unsteady as the depositing cycles of originally volcanic ashes with sandy-clayish sediments were, as changing are the lines of this unique working rock. Mostly light and darker layers are in balance with each other. Sometimes, it may occur that the darker portions predominate. Every plate of this rock is a unique!

AGE: 570 million years (Precambrian)
ORIGIN: Brazil

Draenert has been producing sophisticated designer furniture in its own workshops in the south of Germany - in Immenstaad on Lake Constance - for over 50 years. The main emphasis of the collection is on dining tables, coffee tables and side tables as well as chairs matching in form and style, which also have innovative mechanisms.
They are market leader for dining tables, especially for stone dining tables. About 200 types of natural stones from all over the world in a company-owned stone park open to visit and fascinating customers every day.

In their modern workshops, master stonemasons, carpenters, painting experts, locksmiths and upholsterers manufacture dining tables, side tables, chairs, counters and individual pieces of natural stone, glass, wood, metal and leather.
Innovations and classics from Draenert have been an integral part of the sophisticated furniture trade since 1968 and inspire lovers of good design and quality-conscious people in Germany and the world.

In the manufacture, they not only focus on design, but also enrich it with functionality. This creates dining and coffee tables made of stone, wood and glass with patented pull-out mechanisms as well as perfectly shaped chairs with different functionalities.

Dr. Patric Draenert has been running the company since 2000 in the second generation with as much innovative spirit, quality standards and flair for art as the company founder Dr. Peter Draenert. In addition to the regular furniture collection, the manufactory also produces limited edition art furniture as collector's items that are exhibited in international museums and collections.
These were developed in collaboration with well-known architects such as Hadi Teherani, Ron Arad and Prof. O.M. Ungers. First-class workmanship is always the top priority.

The legendary stone park contains 150 different types of natural stone from all over the world - from the most remote areas between the Northern Cape and South Africa. The customer chooses his panel and determines the section from which a unique Draenert piece of furniture is made.
Ideas of transformation, mobility and expandability require a flair for innovation and joyful experimentation with new technologies. The proximity to the material is essential here. The interaction of draft, design, technology and material is a sensitive process that is essential if the product is to stand the test of time.
