Made in a small family-run factory in the Black Forest, Germany, The mechanical 18-note chime is inserted into blocks of solid beech wood, then turned into a perfect ball and covered several times in semigloss lacquer.
With a turn of the key this exquisitely carved sphere offers the delightful classical tune that sounds so glorious. Inside, the musical movement brings to life ‘Voi che sapete’ – Mozart's poignant declaration of love to love!
The key can also be removed so that the sphere stands alone on the small ring that is included with the sphere to stop it from rolling.
SNOWBALL - Siebensachen's first special edition of the Mozartkugel was inspired by a snowball fight in the white and wintery Salzburg accompanied by the solemn bells of a sleigh in the distance.
