On the occasion of Stelton’s 60th anniversary in 2020, the elegant and minimalistic cheese plane was relaunched as a tribute to designer Peter Holmblad who back in 1975 designed the tool. Holmblad is the designer behind every product in the Original-series in stainless steel which is a central part of Stelton’s design-DNA.
