We will be in touch asap if there are any difficulties with supplying your order. All orders ship from our warehouse which is located in Crows Nest, Sydney. Standard delivery usually takes 1-5 business days depending on your parcel destination (8-10 business days for western states and remote areas). Express Post ships overnight in express post zones. In-stock items, where express orders have been placed before 2pm, will ship same day. We will contact you if this is not possible with your selection. Delivery time for all international orders is 5-10 business days from confirmation of your payment.

Although stock levels are virtually live, on rare occasions, the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you immediately on the email address or telephone numbers provided with your order.
Delivery delays can occur when:

All deliveries can be tracked through the shipping company's tracking systems; the tracking number is emailed to you upon dispatch. If there are any issues at any time, please feel free to contact us and we can track it for you.
We ship via courier to metropolitan cities and use Australia Post’s eparcel system for any remote areas. Express Post is sent via Australia Post.
