Beck Design (designer)

Beck Design is an office for design of furniture and artefacts. From the first idea sketch throughout the whole working and developing process they go along with the artefacts all the way to their series-production readiness. The main focus of their work lies in the continuous and intensive cooperation with the developing teams of their furniture manufacturers. With technical competence, the passion for design and a lot of empathy they develop innovative artefacts.

They attach great importance on a comprehensive evolution of their design. Therefore model building is the most important element in their working process. Hereby they test functions, check proportions and they illustrate convincingly the conceptual design. In their artist’s workshops they are perfectly equipped: from the buzz saw, the varnish room to the sewing machine, here they can set their enthusiasm free.
